 Just as Nintendo confirmed that the MotionPlus title sold 500,000 copies since its American debut , they have now announced that Wii Sports Resort has sold 600,000 copies in Europe.    

With sales numbers from all regions combined, the title has sold 1,928,000 copies. worldwide.

But it seems Nintendo severely underestimated MotionPlus. With these sale numbers as well as sales of the unit itself there are plenty of users with at least one MotionPlus unit in each region. So why not make more games with MP support?

In June MotionPlus sold around 300 to 400 K units, part of those numbers came from the Tiger Woods bundle. So with the Resort numbers there's a lot of MP units out there.
