Here are some vids to check out the end of the competition. 

I admit, Street fighter is my all time fav, and to be honest.. My Guile, can take that out most of the time. but it is interesting to see that the top tier players in tourneys do such a standard dance game.

wish I had the chance to take them.. it would def. be fuN!

I watched a great deal of it on the live stream. Some of the most notable stuff, to me:

Guilty Gear Accent Core finals: the great character balanced really showed with 6 different characters in the top 8. Most surprising of all, a kid from Saudi Arabia won and revealed that there's a GGear scene there, apparently!
SC4: I was surprised there was a tournament for this (it was a late addition apparently) and I haven't really played it since the couple months it came out. There were also a lot of characters being used - I remember when Hildegarde was considered a really bad character when the game was new, and now apparently she's one of the best ones. Also France didn't lose for once :>     Kinda makes me wanna get back into it...
SF4: I only caught the pool matches (some amazing ones!), the team exhibition, and the last couple fights in the final (22k people were watching the stream for it!!).

Sanford Kelly is not just a hilarious loudmouth, but he's actually apparently one of the best overall players in the world right now... color me surprised. (edit: this is the kind of stuff I'm talking about: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5y5Euh0Zfo)

I missed all of MVC2 due to work, gonna have to download it later.
