The Aussies and Kiwis already have their hands on Nintendo's newest system.

 Nintendo fans in Australia and New Zealand got a special treat today, with the release of the Nintendo DSi in both territories.  Nintendo Australia has posted photos of a near-midnight launch party at an EB Games in Melbourne.    

The Nintendo DSi is available for $299 AUD and $375 NZD.

It also came out in Europe today, like the obedient little consumer whore that I am I bought it already.
