I suppose this is a decent idea because you can use all of your first party equipment, however £20 seems pretty steep and I'm sure it looks ridiculous due to the necessity of housing the Nunchuk cord.

£20 isn't too steep ($40 sure does!).

I've seen normal nunchuks in shops go for £18, so this is "comparatively" priced well. But i wouldn't buy one... it's just something else to charge.

But this doesn't replace Nintendo's Nunchuk; it compliments it.  In order to use it you have to have a regular £18 nunchuk.

Exactly, so that brings your total cost to around £40, which is around the price of a game just for some silly wireless nunchuk solution.
