That looks like water outside of the building. I'd be at the window staring in the water to see if I could find any fish. Looking at the reflections its like the people are calm about it happening. Has this happened before??

Someone needs to call Aquaman.

It's not water in the building its outside the window (but behind the wall). There was such a heavy pour of rain it piled up, and a minute or two after i took that pic the window smashed in.

The people in the reflection aren't calm... there was 30 people moving every single piece of electrical equipment away from that window!
