Topic: What's Spectral vs Generation?

I recall hearing about the game before but I don't recall WHAT. I've seen it in a store, apparently published by Midas Interactive, a company that usually takes crappy Simple 2000 games and dumps them on the European market so chance is it's crap. Anyone know something?

I believe it's a crappy fighting game based on a SRPG series that never saw the light of day in America till the PSP.

Yeah, I bought this a few weeks ago because I was still on my 2D fighting game high and the back of the box seemed decent enough. It's pretty.. boring. The characters are all from Idea Factory RPG's that never got PAL releases apparently, so it's kinda weird that Midas bothered with this. None of them are interesting, special moves are basic, music is so dull it's annoying, the animation is pretty poor and the final boss is worse than a Mortal Kombat game. Avoid it. =)

I do think there were PAL releases, I've got a game called Realm of the Dead, a crappy dungeon beat-em-up that features that demon girl with the scythe. No idea why I bought it, guess I was curious.

Oh, ahahaha. I've seen Realm of the Dead around, but I sorta do my best to avoid it due to the horrific box art.
