What do you use to watch videos on your Wii?
« on: April 13, 2007, 02:32:43 AM »
Ah! I remember reading a topic a while ago(a week or so), and someone mentioned a new website that is Wii Beautified, and he/she watches their videos using that site as a launching point.
I have the Wii Portal site, and I have seen Viewii and SofaWii, but those are not the ones I remember hearing about. I am sorry that I have such little info to go on, but I know it was this board. I checked the threads that have to do with the browser and I just can't find that particular message.
It was a site that allowed you to watch videos and perhaps listen to music (not HearWii) it was easy to use.
Thanks for any help! I messed around with the New Browser and it works great!
Thanks again!

Finetune is a good site for streaming music. Youtube works fine, Google video works fine, or if you mean videos as in TV shows and movies, peekvid.com and alluc.org are good.
I think it says on the box, 'No Hispanics' " - Jeff Green of EA

You're thinking of Orb..

It isn't Orb.
Someone talked about a website they go to, on the Wii, that allows them to watch you tube videos in full screen, it was maximized for use on the Wii.
With the update of the Browser though, watching Full screen is no biggie now. Ah, I just can't remember it.
I will try those other sites.
