I mean, had I posted this at a time where I NEVER confessed about our friendship would people still see it this way?

First of all, the word "confessed" is the wrong one to use. That implies wrongness in some way, but english is your second language so it's forgivable.

Second, I just think people have had enough. Coming from someone else who doesn't know me or mention me on any kind of regular basis, it would seem a bit funnier, but even then it was just a passing joke in a few threads and didn't warrant its own thread, hence why it just made it worse in people's eyes that it was coming from you.

Alright, people. Cut the vulturing. Seriously. Pap thought he was being funny by posting this because two other people had already used the same idea and if you don't think so, that's fine but insinuating homosexuality is just uncalled for. He won't be pursuing this any further and it's doubtful that he'll make a thread like this again.

What I find ironic is the fact that this comes from a forum which is a target-rich environment for ridicule, from lolicons to guys who get off to pretending to be girls. I've seldom seen a bigger case of pots calling kettles black, especially when the kettle isn't black at all.

I might be missing something, but IMO, I find that if one single person can track down that many Wii's, there really isn't any problem with a running gag about his name.
Besides, this is the fun house, and that goes to both sides, don't take anything personal, it's all jokes for the most part here.

That's low-hanging fruit.  It isn't funny to attack easy targets, as we've seen here.  Not to mention that would be the fast track to banhood thanks to the firestorm that would likely result.

Comedy is a difficult science.  In the right situation, with the right presentation, the definition gag could have been worth a chuckle.

Who said anything about being funny? I was just mentioning the hypocrisy of people calling Pap's sexuality into question when I've seen far worse on this board.

I'm not vying against oddballs, as they lend plenty of character to these boards, but this isn't exactly going to establish oddball status for him.

I may be off, but doesn't Spak's comment speak to a term about stuff guys, may um do, whether they are homosexual or straight (unless it was in reference to another post)? Anyway I do think people were a bit mean with Pap, then again when you have a forum built around insults or jokes, that is to be expected. Still sometimes thing go over the line.

There is a quote from Gravitation I want to use here: "If you love someone, then what difference does it make if they're a guy or a girl? Just be happy."

...but I'm not going to. Mainly because I don't want anyone to know I've watched Gravitation... but also because, while questioning someone else's sexuality can be an effective way to modify their behavior, it opens the door for people to question my sexuality. And if they do that, they may realize the obvious: I'm secretly a lamppostosexual.

...and I don't want that to happen.
“...there are those who would...say, '...If I could just not have to work everyday...that would be the most wonderful life in the world.' They don't know life. Because what makes life mean something is purpose.  The battle. The struggle.  Even if you don't win it.” - Richard M. Nixon

I don't.  Don't really care, either.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

I shall question everyone's sexuality.

If your sexuality were an animal, what would it be?

What color would you say your sexuality is?

If your sexuality left Albuquerque at 5:00 p.m. traveling East at 60 mph, at what time would it arrive in Oklahoma City, about 540 miles away?
