New Bust-a-Move Bash trailer up...
« on: February 06, 2007, 10:18:52 AM »
Internesting!

I was right: 8 player is all on one screen with 4 wiimotes and 4 cube controllers (or maybe 4 nunchucks?).

In any case, this is the first 8 player game for the Wii.

Wonder if it'll be the last...

Wario isn't 8-player simultaneous, is it?

I remember hearing that 4 of the players use nunchucks, which is pretty interesting.
Thanks for listening.

I can believe it, though, I think GC controllers are cheaper than nunchucks right now, heh.

But no, Wario is taking turns: this is chaotic 8 player simultaneous.

Looks kinda competitive/co-op too...

Where?

GCN controllers are still $24.99 at my local Best Buy and Target.

I wonder when Gamecube will drop in price. It's been $99.99 since for quite some time now. I want to pick one up even though I have a Wii. I never should have sold mine.

Hmm, weird.

Try used controllers at Gamestop then, I suppose.

USED CONTROLLERS?!?!?!?!? *Faints*

I'm fairly certain someone somewhere on amazon stocks new (black) controllers for 19.99 US, just go to segagamer's ratscollectibles page, click on any of the amazon banner ads, then shop as normal.

I hope this prolongs the life of GameCube, by having stores keep GameCube controllers in stock and keep old GameCube games being played like classics they are.

I thought he meant new controllers. Jeez, God forbid someone asks an honest question.....

I don't trust used controllers because there's a very high chance of them being worn out or broken. A friend of mine learn that the hard way....

Are you assuming that it might use GC controllers and/or nun chucks? The trailer made no mention of it, just that it allows up to 8 players.

I am wondering how this will work...

8 player mayhem, looks pretty awesome to me. I find it interesting that in a way the Wii has become an 8 player gaming system. By making the GC controllers usable that allows for a whole extra set of 4 people to play. I hope SSB takes use of this and allows 8 to play simultaneously on the same screen; 4 with a Wii setup, 4 with GC controllers. That would be so damn awesome.
