I believe none is the lead platform, Kobayashi said that they are going to push the Wii in terms of graphics for the game. Also  Famitsu revealed Sengoku Basara X for Wii, a enhanced remake of the first one. So now Wii will have SB: X, SB 2, SB 2 Heroes (both 2 and Heroes are sold together), and 3. Looks like Capcom is keeping the franchise on Nintendo and Sony platforms.

Looks like Capcom is swooping in to fill a gap that HD Dynasty Warriors releases are too slow to fill in.

Wii is devoid of serious games, so I think my observation still stands.  Capcom is providing product to an underserved market.
