Topic: so I ordered my component cables...

I ordered them from the nintendo store on monday. Anybody know when I should expect them to arrive?  I haven't heard anything about when they should be shipping. I live in Canada and I wonder if they will be shipping from the US or from in Canada?

Depends on what shipping you chose. I chose next day, because I'm already tired of waiting, and an extra $6 really isn't much. Anyway, if you ordered before today, your cables will ship out early next week. If you ordered today (or order after today), you're waiting till December 18th or later. If you look up the cables at store.nintendo.com they clarify this now.

i ordered on the 15th, and my order still says backordered.  As for my Wii replacement, I put it on order on the 22nd, and I've recieved notification that it will be at my door on the 23rd.  I hope my cables arrive sometime.....

UPDATE:  From Nintendo's Site

"Orders entered prior to Wednesday, November 22, 2006 will be shipped in the next couple business days. Orders entered on or after Wednesday November 22, 2006 will ship when our new quantities arrive (week of December 18, 2006)."

I live in Canada, I ordered them online on the Wednesday morning before the Wii came out, really hoped for them on Friday, but I got them the Monday, just one day after the Wii, so that wasn't too bad.  They came from Nintendo of Canada.
