I want Mischief Makers Wii
« on: May 31, 2006, 04:25:46 PM »
I just thought I'd get that out there.  I really want it.

Control scheme is simple.  Hold the Wii mote sideways.  Use the D-Pad to move about, and the A and B buttons for jumping and grabbing.  Replace the C-Buttons on the N64 with movement controls.  Your boost would be controlled by jerking the controller in the direction you want to boost.  To SHAKE SHAKE all you have to do is SHAKE SHAKE the controller.  Throwing stuff and bouncing off clanballs and whatnot would also be motion controlled.

IT WOULD BE SO GOOD

Wow, I didn't think anybody else actually appreciated that game as much as I did. I'm all about Mischief Makers Wii. I'm sure something clever could be thought up to make it unique. And if we can't get a new one I'll take a VC download anyday.

I really like that game. I took me a while to realize that you had to shake the thought bubbles to beat the final boss.

Hell yeah.  I will download if its available on the virtual console.  But you could easily design the game with classic method of holding the Wiimote, and have shaking down by actually shaking the controller.

"SHAKE, SHAKE!!!"

"SHAKE, SHAKE!!!"

That was  a really fantastic game.  I never got the complete secret ending.  I got half way through the reveal.

Didn't Treasure make that (as well as a few other slightly niche games that are awesome)?

I loved that game too, and it almost goes without saying (plus, it's been said) that it fits, with all the SHAKE SHAKE stuff and all.

I thought Treasure has always been leery about sequels but they did make Gunstar Heroes Advance so there's a possibility they'll revisit the world of Clancer (that is what is was called, wasn't it?)...

Man, that game had cool bosses...

Yeah, Treasure made it.  They make some of the best games, period.
Mischief Makers is one of my favorite games of all time, and quite possibly my number 1 favorite non-Nintendo game.

It could be awesome on Wii, but I'd be delighted by pretty much any game Treasure made for the system.
