I've seen PS2s given away with cellphones before the 70k came out, I've seen XBoxes given away with cellphones lately, that's hardly a new concept.

At $70US a month, I think they can afford to give a few PSP's away.

Of course, you don't get a memory stick with it, I'm sure.
