F-Zero Maximum Velocity (GBA): Save Help
« on: February 13, 2003, 07:59:30 AM »
I know this game has an autosave feature but I seem to be experiencing some problems.

Once I start a Grand Prix circuit, it won't let me stop. Pushing the Start button doesn't have any effect - I don't get a pause menu. Basically, I have played until my fingers are numb then I quit. When I restart there is no sign of any progress. I am forced me to restart from the first track. Is this normal? What am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

sincerely,

I tried my copy, when I hit the start button it pauses the game and asks if I want to quit or continue. If your game does'nt pause, it's probably defective. How long have you had it? Try taking it back to the store, most places will allow you to return a defective game for a new copy. You also might want to try it in another GBA just to be sure it's the game and not your GBA. Good luck.

Thanks. I have figured it out - you have to hit the button after the race starts. Just wish I could save after a particular track and not have to complete the whole circuit or nothing.
