Engine Software becomes official Nintendo DS Licensed Developer
Doetinchem, June 2nd 2004 - Engine Software, developer based in the Netherlands, today announces that its long lasting relationship with Nintendo took the logical next step. After Super Nintendo, Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance and Game Cube, the Nintendo DS Licensed Developer status was activated as of today.
The Nintendo DS handheld console, first shown to the world at this years E3 event in Los Angeles, is from today added to the list of covered platforms Engine Software can and will develop for. Besides a new hardware platform to work on, the Nintendo DS Licensed Developer status also means the business relationship between Engine Software and Nintendo is entering its tenth year in succession.

No announcement concerning Nintendo DS game projects are currently made, but Engine Software will rewrite their very popular middleware software, the GBA Music Replayer Library, for the Nintendo DS.
