i've been on this game for ages i've done every thing exept ricco harbor i cant find the hidden star .
i was hoping to do it all with no help but i've looked everywhere with no luck .
can someone help me out here plz

Bill is right.  Just do the race a second time and be fast.

Sorry I even responded to this.  I misread what was written and answered for the wrong area.  Whoops.
