Now that 3DO has gone Kaboom, has any insane publisher bought the rights to the Army Men series?
For the love of gaming, let it's rotting old carcass RIP.

i don't remember exactly, but i think edios was bidding on the franchise, among others. looks like it could be around for a while, yet.

Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Army Men could actually be great in the hands of a capable developer. Too bad it's been so overused.

3do is a vey odd company...back in the m2(vaporware) days the game screens for that system looked hell promising...its sad they turned into a cheap american crappy 3rd party. Its funny how 3do and ea are sister companies and the difference in how they did business and how ea is so megatgon right now

we used to have hours of fun with the 1st army men game, bar b q weekends and some multiplayer action was a blast.
that game idea had and has so much potential if only someone would tap into that.

I feel a little ashamed, but I actually had fun playing army men sarges heroes on n64. The fun was had mostly from the multiplayer mode. I have 4 brothers so any multiplayer game can be made into a good experiance.

I quite enjoyed the first ever Army Men on PC. That was about it. Hurray for spewing forth 40 thousand sequels at a low price point and pushing quality games off the retail shelves. I LUV U, 3DO. HRHRHRHRHR. Hopefully Nokia will buy the license. That'd be
HILARIOUS.
