Nintendo has delayed the Direct scheduled to air this evening / tomorrow morning.

An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.7 has struck the Japanese island of Hokkaido, killing eight people and leaving more than 40 missing according to local media reports. Landslides were also triggered by the quake, one of the most powerful earthquakes to strike Japan in this decade.

The Direct will go on at a date to be announced.
