Topic: Mario sunshine, no flood in plaza? what gives?

I have like 8 shines in the main towns and 17 in plaza, im told the town floods once u get the shadow mario from all towns, well i have? what the hell is going on! bianca hills - 8, ricoo, 8 beach, 8 park 8, bay 8, pianta 8, plaza 17, airstrip 1.

i dont get how its not flooding the town and letting me into corona mountain? anyone know why? in total i have 66 shines

i been playing on and off for about a year and i posted this then saw someplace about removing a pinapple , i did it and then theres sirena beach! lol i had no idea it was there, so thats why it wasnt flooding. All completed now, could of been such a decent game, its been good but the water contraption was nearly as bad as luigis hoover, its just plain silly, took away all flow from the game.
