hi, this is my first post yay! well, anyway I read some where that you can get the old pokemon from pokemon box. Is this true or just a rumor?

all you can get from pokemon box is egg which contain shinny pokemon and pokemon with odd moves compared to there normal ones.....thats what iv read

aslong as you allready own the other pokemon on other games, you put them in box, then put them from there into ruby/saphire, i think... i could be totally wrong though
