Is it true that Nintendo only owns 30% of the Pokemon Company?

No idea, but it's hardly a small portion considering the stock size of the PC...Remember, you don't need a majority of the stock to have the most shares in the company...

I think it is true.  But what Bill said is true and I'm sure it's Nintendo that owns the copyrights and trademarks.
