Episode III is a good movie, I would rank it in the top 3 of the 7 Star Wars movies.

It was not LITERALLY a broken heart, she was just so upset that she did not even try to fight the problems from giving birth. That is pretty obvious.

And yes, it's a good movie. I can think of terrible scenes in the supposedly great Episodes IV and V as well.
