I feel like the end of the sentance is saying 2 plus 5 so I'n going to guess 7 as the answer in case that is what cuts the Gordian knot ThePerm has alluded to.
Whoever said, "Cheaters never win" must've never met Khushrenada.

Khushrenada gets it!

It Says : Alligator. The Kwik brown dog jumped over the lazi foks. How maj iz 2 plus 5?

As some of you may know "The quick brown dog jumps over the lazy fox" is a phrase that contains all the letters in the alphabet. There is some transliteration issues with my constructed language. There is not supposed to be C, Q, X. CH and J are the same letter.  Y is never to be used as a vowel. Ss and Zs actually correspond to their letter.

Depending on where a consanant is in a sentence, it has a Initial, Medial, and final glyph. Voiced and unvoiced sounds have a relationship. They use the same glyph and a differentiated with a diacritic. As khush and stevie figured out Vowels are the dotted ones. Alligator is a word that uses most vowels. I should have used caribou.
