Topic: What Anime/Cartoons should they make into GC Games?

Well, I saw a topic like this started over at the XBOX forums, so I thought I'd start one here... just to see what the GC crowd wants.

Here's my personal list, not in any particular order:

.The MAXX (That cartoon that used to air on MTV, about that huge purple and yellow dude that had one giant yellow spike coming out of each fist... anyone remember that show??)

.Guyver
.Samurai Pizza Cats (Heck yah! lol)
.Outlaw Star
.Fatal Fury (NOT a fighting game this time)
.Neon Genesis Evangelion
.Trigun
.Ghost in the Shell (Another one... updated graphics, new story line, etc.)
.Princess Mononoke
.Vampire Hunter D (A good video game version of it this time, please!)
.Thunder Cats ( lol)

Well, I think that about does it so far for the games that I'd want to be made into GC games. Anyone else got any ideas?

A Cowboy Bebop video game could be very good, but I just know they'd mess it up.  Only if the original creators made sure it was good would it work.

Ya, any Miyazaki film would be wicked.  A Gummi Bears action game would be cool too.

There is already a Trigun game in developement, but I do not think that it will have Vash as the main character (don't know if this is going to make it to GameCube), since he cannot kill anybody..... (well, *hardly* anyone)
And there was a Cowboy Bebop game, on the PS, but it never came out in the US, I think.
And there are multiple Evangelion games coming out, but will not likely not make it to the US and they are not on the Cube...
But, on to the actual discussion at hand.  I think that a good Akira game might be okay, and of course you could not forget RahXephon, and Spriggan might be cool too.  But the one I would like to see the most would be a sweet Hellsing game.  Sure, it would most likely be a clone of Devil May Cry, but hell, that is not really a bad thing, is it??

Anyways, ya I agree with Trigun and Cowboy Bebop, but the fact is, it would be really hard to make a good game that is based of an Anime (DBZ anyone?). Gundam has done alright, but not great.

They should wait to make an Anime Game when a gaming system can handle making a full smooth VERY VERY SMOOTH cel-shaded game, so its as close to playing the anime as it will ever be. Mechanics that I've seen today for a third person shooter (most likely third person) are pretty good right now, but as time persists they can only get better. So I say just wait till GC2 or 3, then make those awesome games......don't worry ANIME will be around forever.
