Here are the down-under details for Nintendo's new console.

http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/news/31695

Nintendo Wii U will launch on Friday, the 30th of November in Australia and New Zealand. The console will come in two different packs like in other regions.

The white console Basic Pack will retail for $349.95 with 8gb of internal storage capacity and a matching Wii U Gamepad, while the special Premium Pack will cost $429.95 and feature a black console with 32gb of storage, a stand for the console and matching black Gamepad, a Gamepad charging cradle, a sensor bar and the Nintendo Land game. Both packs will also include a HDMI cable and an AV adapter.

Nintendo Land and New Super Mario Bros. U have been confirmed for launch, and a wealth of third party support promises to give players the strongest launch line-up of games in Nintendo's history.

We'll have more info as it is released.

Cool, $429.95 for premium, I thought they would try and push this to $500.

Price is pretty awesome which was unexpected, $30 more than the Wii was when it launched. It may be possible to find it at some retailers closer to $400. Will be on the lookout for deals now.

Awfully expensive in New Zealand Dollars. Paying almost 50% premium over the Americans without the benifit of the ZombiU bonus the Europeans get.
