Yep, so basically you need to have a AT&T iPhone that is no under contract and you need to be in good standing with the company.

Um what? All you need to do is buy an iPad 3 with 4G and a no-contract AT&T data plan with it. It's like buying a pre-paid phone with a phone card.

Nevermind, I didn't read the page before this. I didn't realize you guys were talking about AT&T unlocking iPhones. Whatever.
