The European eShop got this title last year, but Americans will not have to wait much longer.

Zen Pinball 3D is coming to the North American eShop next week.

Zen Pinball saw release on the European eShop in November 2011. American 3DS owners can plan on purchasing the game January 12, when it releases for $6.99.

The game includes four tables, but expect more to be released later via DLC. Zen Pinball features online leaderboards as well as a multiplayer mode.

Zen Pinball's had a good reception on the other platforms it's appeared on, so unless they somehow screwed-up the port I don't see how you could go wrong getting the 3DS version.

Hoping that DLC will be free... but don't feel like that is likely.
