Bleach/Tite Kubo Anime Cancelled

Not sure if anyone still follow the anime Bleach but they finally been given the axe.  Loved the first couple of seasons but after the third the series went downhill fast.
Loved Kenpachi and Urahara, it's to bad they didn't get more airtime.

I haven't watched it in a long while, but it's a good thing Bleach ended. The manga is on its last story arc too. Kubo Tite sucks at storytelling, and because the anime always catches up with the manga they had to put in even more meaningless filler episodes/story arcs. No loss except for a few interesting concepts, but since KT is a terrible writer... oh well.

never watched Bleach and probably wont watch it now either. I usually don't like Shonen anime unless they're comedies or dont take themselves seriously.

Good riddance.  I liked Bleach in the beginning. Back then, the show looked like a fairly light-hearted show that told decent stories in small doses, basically the antithesis of most shounen action shows.  Then the Soul Society Arc started and the show just descended into utter stupidity, filled with season upon season of filler arcs; fight scenes stretched beyond belief; and ever-increasing DBZ-caliber "power levels" with the various Bankai; Hollow Mask Forms; etc.  The humor just about vanished for the most part as well, and what was left of it was just lame.  I've tried to keep up with the show over the years, but the sheer amount of really bad filler just killed my interest.

It's a common mistake of the anime industry. The anime counterpart (to the manga) should take breaks, and it doesn't even have to take that long of a break. They have 4 seasons of anime year round, so they can just skip one season.

The noncannon filler episodes always suck.  I stopped watching anime based on ongoing manga because of it.

The manga went really downhill around the end of the arrancar/Aizen arc.  Everything they build up is pretty much thrown out.

The Aizen arc hyped itself up too much. The final battles just took too long to get to. The one after was pretty good, but still just fizzled out at the end.
