The Skyward Sword Diary

We're working through the review copy. Check out our stray thoughts as we work through the game.

WARNING: I'll likely engage in some spoiler talk. I'll try to avoid anything huge, but being as I'm talking about the final version of the game, it's nearly unavoidable. Don't worry, the review, which will be posted on November 11, will be spoiler-free.

Later this month, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword will be in stores everywhere. We received our review copy from Nintendo yesterday, and over the course of the next week or so, I'll be posting my impression of the game. I'll be limited in my specificity and depth courtesy of embargoes, but you'll get to see my thoughts on the game as I work my way through it.

Videos made it seem to be that "dowsing" is suppose to point you in the right direction. It's suppose to replace the compass. Perhaps you are using it wrong by staying in first person view when you don't have to and aren't suppose to.

Sounds neat, but I shouldn't read it until after I play the game. It should still be interesting by then.
