Only one of its Kind?????
« on: May 07, 2003, 09:51:25 AM »
As we all know the basketball series created by sega sports is no more for gamecube, leaving us with the only other game out.  Live.  I like live but its too arcadey for me.  Anybody know of any plans for a new nba series.  Is there a company out there secretly developing one for us.  I dont want to have to settle for live. (even though its a decent game IMO).  Will there be one shown at E3.

Sombody please let me know.  I craving for another b-ball sim.

Sorry about the grammer errors.

Hey what about NBA Street Vol 2?  That seems to be getting good reviews across the boards.

Well Street Vol 2 is nowhere near being anything relatively close to a sim; and thats what he wants, I think.  I've got Vol. 2 and its great, but I still play Courtside 2002 every once in awhile.  If you don't have this, consider picking it up.  The rosters, graphics, and a few other things are a little out of date, but once you get past that, its a great game (though it's not exactly a sim, either).

Yeah, your right nathan.  These are more arcade than sim.  I like vol. 2, but I just want to play pure sim B-ball game. I wonder if any of the mods know of any plans for a new NBA game.  Im sure they know lots that we dont.  Especially since E3 is about a week away.
