I agree with vudu.

In all honesty, I'm 100 percent ok with the 'some' modifier. If I can't play Face Pilot on my 3DS, I won't be too bummed out. If I can't play my precious Art Style games, then someone at Nintendo gonna get capped. Fortunately, I think that won't be the issue.

My love for Nintendo is like a bad relationship.  I know they're gonna hurt me, but I keep coming back anyway.

I *want* to believe this transfer service will work smoothly and the "some" isn't that big of a deal.  But then I remember it's Nintendo.

It would seem this would be as easy as transferring over the DSi shop account, if it's possible. Nintendo isn't going to want the games playable on more than one system, and that's the best way to do it.
