Topic: Panasonic Q Mod

I have a modchip (to allow me to boot american/japanese games and all region DVD) for my Q from lik sang (before they stopped selling them) and an unmodified Q. I've taken it apart all the way down to the GC board, and I'm looking at it and surely don't want to mess up the install. If anyone has done this, please reply with how you did it to make sure I'm not doing it wrong (since the information with the chip is rather scarce and online is non-existance), Any help would be GREAT.
