Ubisoft is hoping to be in on the ground floor of the Nintendo 3DS launch with six to eight titles that they hope will make up 25 to 30 percent of the market, according to their UK sales director Darren Bowen.

At E3 2010, Ubisoft confirmed five 3DS titles that they are working on, ranging from Assassin's Creed, Ghost Recon, and Splinter Cell to Driver and Battle of Giants. They also revealed an puzzle-based mystery game tentatively titled Hollywood 61.

So far, there have been no games that end in z, or anything that starts with Imagine. James shouldn't be too pissed for now.

Do they announce those ahead of time?

No! Don't let Ubisoft control any percentage of the market! Think of the children! Think of how many children will begin to think it's correct to pluralize words with a "z"!

I hope their 3DS launch games are better than their Wii ones (although I don't think they expected the Wii to be the record setter it was, maybe they are more prepared for 3DS). They had GT Pro Series (a sequel to a Japanese-only GCN game, but somehow looked worse than launch GameCube games), Monster 4X4 World Circuit, Rayman Raving Rabbids, Red Steel, and Open Season

6 to 8 games...  As long as 2 of them are good at launch lineup I don't care what Ubisoft puts out for the rest.

I will tell anyone that complains about crap games the same as I think about people complaining about objectionable media, movies, television...what not.  If you don't like it don't play it.

Others might like...or at least think they may enjoy it.

So whatever.
