^^Whoops!  I'm not sure how that happened.  I sometimes compose posts in notebook, so I was probably just trigger happy with the cut and paste.

Memorable Videogame Myths

Yeah.  That's consistent with what I've read what I heard about the Aeris/Aerith character.

There were similar rumors that Schala could somehow be saved in Chrono Trigger as well.  Given everything else that you could possibly do in the game, I'm surprised the developers didn't include it as an optional "perfect" ending.

I had always thought that Nintendorks shut down years ago.
I wasn't too impressed with the Nintendorks podcast. A lot of "Um...(DEAD AIR)...Um"."

Then again it could have blended together with the plethora of podcasts (mostly gaming) I listened to this last Summer working graveyard shifts for 10 hours a night four days straight a week.
You guys were my favorite along w/ 1up Yours, R.I.P.

There are a number of horrible sounding podcasts from all manners of poor editing, conversation and personality.

Speaking of 1up, have any of you noticed the new 'Listen UP' podcast on the same feed as 1UP Yours? I haven't listened to it yet. A little nervous as to how it will be.

Sratos, what other gaming podcasts do you listen to?  Here's my list:

RFN (duh)
Player One Podcast (consistently entertaining, more Nintendo friendly)
Joystiq Podcast (not Nintendo friendly at all, but very very entertaining)
In-Game-Chat (formerly Evil Avatar Radio.  Also not Nintendo friendly, but one guy goes on funny rants sometimes)
Rebel FM (Formerly 1up FM)

RFN
Just started listening to Player One Podcast and I like it a lot.
Listen UP
Rebel FM, although sometimes they drone on about crap I don't care about.
Nintendo Voice Chat, but only because its short and is focused on recent reviews and news.

EDIT: Forgot about Retronauts.
And SModCast.
And Radio Trivia.

Well, since I no longer work a security job and my new car doesn't have a tape-deck (for my iPod to tape converter) I have decreased my podcast feeds since I don't have as much time to listen.
But from what I remember I listened to these (bold means I still consistently listen to them):
RFN
IGN Nintendo Voice Chat
IGN Game Scoop
IGN Command Prompt
IGN RetroCity
DS: Life
Wii Spot
The Wiire
1 UP Your's
Nintendo Podcast
Nintendorks
Nintencast
1 Up FM
1 Up Retronauts
Gameweasel
Twisted Joystick
Poison Mushroom

There were some others as well but they are not listed on iTunes anymore.
I just subscribed to the Rebel FM to check it out.
I'm also trying out Wiire again but like a said, I don't have as much down time for podcasts anymore.
I think I listened to Evil Avatar a couple of times.
I tended to add more and more 'B', 'C' and lower podcasts when there were delays on my favorites.
Filling nearly 40 hours of graveshifts with podcasts can be a daunting task if you want them to be quality as well.

I would rate RFN as an 'A' class podcast for both content and technical/editing quality [ / suckup ]  ;D

Oh boy, the podcasts I subscribe to...

RFN
Radio Trivia
Downloadable Content (rarely updated)
Giant Bombcast
IGN Nintendo Voice Chat
Rebel FM
X-Play Daily Video Podcast
Listen UP
Retronauts
Broken Pixels

Of course, I also had 1up FM, 1up Review Crew, and The 1up Show before those were recently killed off.  So far I've only heard one episode of Nintendorks Radio, and it was pretty bad.  The two guys literally just talked about Xbox 360 for the entire show.  And it was boring.  And not funny at all.  I'll give it one more chance before deletion.  I've listened to Player One Podcast a few times, but it doesn't do much for me.

Now those are just my gaming podcasts... I also have these subscriptions:

Endless Boundaries Jam Radio
Filmspotting
Musical Ramblings
NASAcast
NPR All Songs Considered
NPR Live Concerts
Real Time with Bill Maher
The Ricky Gervais Podcast
The Soup Video Podcast
SpoutBlog's Film Couch
Umphrey's McGee Podcast
Washington Week Video Podcast

Yes, I have a problem.

I've cut down on my podcasts a lot recently. Right now I'm only subscribed to:

-Downloadable Content (which hardly ever updates anyway)
-iFanboy Pick of the Week Podcast
-RFN
-SModcast
-Tawk-112 (my new show!)
-Tom vs. The Flash (an AMAZING podcast dedicated to Silver Age issues of, you guessed it, The Flash)
-Retronauts

As for video shows, which I'm not technically subscribed to, but still watch on a regular basis, there's:

-Diggnation
-Totally Rad Show
-iFanboy Video Podcast

Surprised that more people aren't subscribed to Player One Podcast.  It's really well done.
