If you can open in Dec. then I was thinking that you should start with a New Years Eve Pre-Grand Opening Party & New Years Day After Party. Not an official opening, but more of a test opening. depends on how your employees feel about really, but with liquor & smokes right next to campus, you could catch the crowd that didn't go home for the holidays and didn't want to travel to go the the "big" New Years party. Then you'll also be open for the people the next day looking to chill after almost overdoing it the night before.

Do you still live in Indiana?  Are there enough "hookah officianados" in your city to support your business?
