Crisis Earth ALPHA Day 3
« on: June 17, 2008, 11:24:02 PM »
Earth Alpha has had some killings done.

First, the masses killed Khushrenda who was a simple townie.  Dead.
Next, The Mafia struck again at night and killed Uncle Bob who was just a simple Townie.  Dead.
Finally, The Killer Decided to Strike down RABicle.  Who was a Mafia Goon.  Dead.

So, after a terrible first day...it seems the townies rallied with the help of a killer to get one Mafia Goon.

You made it look easy thanks to all the people I pissed off. Not the best strategy but I thought I'd try it.

You sound bitter Khush. I guess I should explain myself, because the collateral damage isn't what I wanted, and ultimately I couldn't trust you at all. Every post I read, I couldn't help but think "What is Khush trying here?" and "Who's side is he on?"

I said this to RAB last night: "i'm almost 100% sure he's 50% mafia." And what do we see?

The Mob voted out Khushrenda whom was a, a, a,  Mafia Special.
Khushrenda had the ability to switch roles in the dimensions if he desired, but it would mean killing his townie role in the process.

Bloody oath. I knew you were something important, but I didn't expect to see you as the ultimate double-agent.

I'll be back later with more official remarks - its hard to keep up with everything when the real action happens around 3am and you're in at work all day.

Shifty was right, I was wrong. His horrible logic turned out to ring true.

I really don't want to just take a shot in the dark here. So I'll hold off on voting.

Damn, I was afraid of this. I just didn't like the idea of lynching the same guy in both worlds on the same day, which is surprising when I remember my plan toward the end of Star Wars mafia. I'll go ahead and assure you that I am a townie for what that's worth, and if you do decide to kill me you'll regret it in the morning.

I don't have any information on anyone so I need some time to figure out who to vote for. Thatguy may have been playing me the whole time in my first Mafia, but I got enough information from him to make it really fun. This game is a lot tougher when you're on your own.

I am not sure who to vote for, I have nothing against Crimm at the moment nor any reason to suspect him. I do know that nickmitch voted for me in beta on day 1 and I was townie so that makes him a target, but he voted at the end of the day so could have just been following the crowd, either to lay low or to cover his tracks?

Changing my vote.

I could be swayed should someone provide some convincing evidence. Although my gut tells me easycure is the real threat, I will hold off on that suspicion for now.

Sorry I haven't voted in this game yet.  I literally missed day one.  Day two was when I realised that there actually is TWO games.  I'm up to date on Earth Alpha, but not on Beta.  I plan to vote in Beta later, after I read all the threads.

I plan to vote in Alpha... RIGHT NOW

Vote Plugabugz for voting for me and because he didn't come to see me when he was in the states.  I bought flowers too  :'(

Now that I have had time to think about it, I think I too will go with Crimm.

Vote Crimm.

Cuz he voted for the first person to vote for him. Doesn't seam like much help doing that now does it.

It's day 3.  I've not had anybody reach out to me and I can't make sense of the voting.  It seems perfectly logical to vote for the person who voted for me.

I'm sad there isn't as much role playing in this mafia as there has been in past games.

I'm thinking mostly the players. I just like the role playing and this mafia sounded like it would be lot so  fun to get into character, but it hasn't happened yet. Maybe everyone is drained from the "Mature Mafia"
