I'd never played Kirby 64 before, but I downloaded it at home and I'm having a lot of fun. Somehow it feels a bit empty compared to other games in the series, but I still think it's fun. Combining powers has some really crazy results.

Svevan, tell Nintendo to release VC games faster.

I just did. They said "go jump off a cliff." Jerks.

After getting more into Harvest Moon, I'm remembering how much of a pain in the ass it was to only be able to carry 2 tools at once. Chalk another one up for the later games in the series. Still loving it, though.

Summer is a total pain 'cause of that, but the fall and winter, oh man, nothing to do. And why can't I buy grass in the fall? I NEED MORE GRASS MY ANIMALS ARE DYING.

Winter is the biggest reason I'm going to miss the mining. In Friends of Mineral Town for the GBA, my personal pick for best game in the series, there was even a second mine with more valuable stuff in it that could only be accessed in the winter by crossing over a frozen lake.

EDIT: Evan, you do know that you can buy extra feed from the animal shop if you need it, right? It's expensive, but if you need it it's there.

yeah, I just hate spending cash on feed. It's apparently "not as good" for your animals.

Also, I can't buy MORE animals cause I don't have enough grass planted. I have seven patches. That's a lot! But I can't buy grass, so phhhttt.

Yeah, I think I'll wait for HM64.

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.
