My two cents are already on Kotaku.  It shouldn't be hard to guess which one is me.  The first mock-up is some GS employee's wet dream, while the flier is either leaked or a fake.  NDA's would have been broken with the flier if it's real.

The backdrop is the Melee collage which is why you see Pichu.

Exactly, which is the main reason, not counting those are reused shots of those characters from other games or promo shots, that I think the pic is fake.

Although the independent likelihood that he is in the game nevertheless is not too low.

Anyway, since the images are stock, I wouldn't take this as... well, really meaning anything at the moment.

Just for the record I am well aware that it's photoshoped and that sonic (and Samus actually) are from other games and not taken from the Smash series pictures.
