Bootleg DS games on eBay?

Anyone know if Bootleg DS games are a problem on eBay like GBA games are?
Just some random guy on the internet who has a different opinion of games than you.

That's actually a good question.
I get all my games from Ebay and I haven't had that problem yet. Mind you, I always get the games from the same (trustworthy) seller.
I did buy a bootleg copy (without knowing at the time) of Link's Awakening DX though. I bought it again last year when I found a real (used but fine) copy.

I'd suggest staying clear of auctions without any type of physical photo proof, such as a picture of the real game box and cartridge instead of a stock photo.  Always check user feedback.  Besides from those, I'm not sure what other preventative measures you can take.

I've ordered a few DS games through ebay, and have come out fine, actually I've never had a bootleg game before, luckily.

I reckon bootleg DS games do come with their own game boxes, so it's not a real solution.  The labelling is a bit shoddy on bootlegged ones so that's your best bet on figuring out if they are selling fakers.
