Thats the same image I used! When I resized it and changed the backgorund color it turnedout like what I have.

It is hard finding good avatars because shrinking them down distorts them no matter what I do.

It doesnt matter, Ive tried using Photo Shop, Adobe, Kodak Picture Maker,t hey all do the same thing. I dont get what youguys are complainging about I mean your avatars dont look any better. Honestly.
