Smash Bros Tournament Info

Does anyone know if there are any smash bros tournaments going on?  I live in Tucson, Arizona and love to play Smash Bros on both N64 and on Game Cube.  The only problem is that I've only ever played against 10 or so players, and I have not found a challenge.  I would really like to play against someone who is at my level, or who is better than me.  So please, if you have any info on smash bros tournaments, or anything similar, please let me know.  My email address is hammedm7@hotmail.com.
