vudu – What I sent was exactly what I got: "Mafia role equals townie." One sentence, no other random quotes. It at first seemed so cryptic that I had to reply to Ty to ask what it meant... I thought you were talking about how we had received PMs to tell us about our townie role, which was different than normal. That didn't seem to work with you, and now you can see why I was so confused when you said I should know what you were talking about.

I mean, I'm much less active around these boards than either of you guys are (aside from mafia, ), so that probably explains why I didn't get a weird quote. Too bad such a small detail sealed the deal for my untimely demise.

Quote

"One time I was so depressed I let my stalker inside, but she got so bored she left after twenty minutes and I never saw her again."

I'm fairly sure its from a thread here in the Funhouse.  I think its the Shame one.

Retrospects are the thing to do now.

Day 1
Me and Bill very quickly figure out that Fools Gold and WindyMan where one and the same. Send PM to Ty.  Bill gets Ty's attention I do not. *shrug*

Day 2
Since are roles where now known it was time to go for the more useful alive then dead bit.  Bill starts the Phoenix Wright Arguments and I follow Suite.
Choose to Kill TYP for the only reason that he argued against and hurt are train of thought. (At that point we only knew that Khush was the Bomber)

Day 3
Lost Bill.  Everyone voting for me.  I try to make the same argument as I did on Day 2 but for myself.

Day 4
Dead.  Game then goes how I predicted on Day 2 and Day 3 until
.
.
.
Last Day
Somehow the townies make a great turn around and win.

Thats it.  My short life as a Mob Boss.

That reminds me. The only other thing I can think of adding was on Day 2, when I first read what was happening that day.

I read it and see there are like four votes against me and Vudu has this huge diatribe against me. Or quote rape some might call it. I'm thinking to myself, you idiots, Windyman was just revealed as a townie, we're obviously not mafia since he gave me the info and I made that clear. Then it suddenly hit me that it might be rather funny if a lot of people did vote for me. I had a giddy feeling until I got to TYP's post and he started a bandwagon against Bill. That seemed to get a few people on the right track.

So, I figured I might as well keep hiding my role for now and try to get myself in the townies good graces. Plus, I had a great idea of later saying I had info against someone, getting proved wrong and then having people vote against me for being a disruptive influence. Brillant. Unless, I was killed that night. The skull mafia knew they were going down. They might hit me and take me with them. What to do? Maybe if someone else hit them first.
Someone, like my biggest fear, El Gato.

So I appealled to him to hit Ceric, hopefully tying up all the kills and letting me live. But what if El Gato figured I was Rolento because of my specific appeal for him to use his ability. Better make a post appealing to all who can a make a hit. Later learn that Skull Cross will not hit me. Ok good, just have to worry about El Gato. But what are the chances he'd hit me. Dead by El Gato next day. Turns out the hit was just for the heck of it. Weep bitterly until I remember about the Barrel.
