Can you believe that Wiki didn't have an entry for MEGATON?

It does now!

But it needs some help... Perhaps a list of all the MEGATON announcements that have fallen through?

Ok, I'll contribute.

Realistic Zelda's debut  at E3 2004 was the Megaton.

Megaton refers to a megaton bomb. as in "Iwata Drop the Bomb"

After the Wii console was shown at E3 2005, rumors of a Megaton were around every corner, until the controller was revealed at TGS in Sept 2005.

Don't forget the "Reggieton"

Actually, no.  The article IceCold linked to made Joystiq.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!
