Topic: The Official "Make Stan Watch the Madden Commercial on PPV" thread

Stan's the sports editor. It's his freaking duty. The show started airing tonight, so he has no excuse. He needs to buck it up and take one for the team. Or should I say, DO IT OR ELSE.

By posting in this thread you are supporting God-fearing PGC readers everywhere who want Stan to watch that darn commercial ASAP. Consider it a poll, if you will. This is vote NUMBER ONE. You are able to vote more than once.

I concur. We need an in depth article on this PPV. Otherwise, I may have to go to IGN to get my Madden Informercial news

BTW. I have offered him money to do it, and he still refuses. This is borderline dereliction!

Stan doesn't have to watch it if he doesn't want to.  However, he does have to purchase it, and then tape it with a camcorder and post it on YouTube.

If PGC payed for it I think it would be unprofessional not to have someone review it.  How are game reviews done when people don't want to do it?

If PGC employed Stan and paid him, yeah I say buck up this is part of your job.  But thats not the case.

So in the end if PGC paid for the viewing someone should review it.  Shoot.  I do it if its after the 8th and PGC fits the bill for the PPV. (Take in account I've nevered really played Madden.)

I need info on this PPV special; clearly if it is worth 30 bucks it must be fantastic.

Sorry, but the answer is no.  I would review it if Jonny deemed it worth paying for.  But. apparently, it's not.  It's just going to be a commercial that will more than likely focus on the 360/PC version.  As fun as writing the article would be, it just ain't gonna happen.

Actually.  Seriously enough.  I don't think it makes any since to do it this way for a commercial just about the 360 version.  This seems like an easy way to show the Wii version.  Especially since you have to show people using it with the screenshoots.  Just use the footage from this as your screenshots.  I mean does anyone actually know what their considering showing or if they are definetly only showing the 360 version?
