What they should do is make the revmote and Nunchuck attachment wireless. Why in the world do they need a wire attaching the two?? Wireless would be so confortable.

A glooming peace this morning with it brings;
The sun, for sorrow, will not show his head:
Go hence, to have more talk of these sad things;
Some shall be pardon'd, and some punished:
For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Sega and her Mashiro.

I know it sound weird, but I think that making a physical conection of the remote and the analog stick gives the thing a sense of unity, I really dont like the idea of having two separated pieces, it would seem like two controllers that you have to manage at the same time. Besides, Im sure it reduces the cost and makes easier to use other types of extensions besides the shell and the analog stick.

Yeah, uh...Imagine playing Red Steel through holding the controller with two hands...Doesn't sound so hot, eh?

To all those complaining about the length of the cord or it being wired thats what 3rd party company's are for. Im sure someone will make a wireless version of each, longer tether, tether extension. It will come out because of demand and you will all be happy.

Also keep in mind that, according to people who have used it, the length is a non-issue. You're not going to be directing airplanes with the thing.

..Well. Except in Groundcrewman: The Game.

We don't really know if that's the actual "official" length of the cord.
