I remember that show, I loved the animated part and hated the live action part. in that time they also aired the Zelda one here and I saw it maybe a couple of times. I thought the game was awesome because of the show, because I never got a Zelda game until Ocarina. Now I cant see that show without my stomach revolting hehe.

I ordered the "The Legend of Zelda: Complete Animated Series" yesterday.  I will get the Mario one later.

Try this mantidor. Find the Zelda CD-I opening and closing movies on youtube.com and watch them.  Try not to kill yourself.

THEN watch the old Zelda cartoons.  The comparison makes them enjoyable.

Actually Zelda & Link were in Captain N the Game Master, in a few episodes if memory serves me, I actually liked that segment compared to the one on the Mario Show. Link wasn't a horny teen and Zelda wasn't snotty.

BTW What about Later Mario Series? Like the Series that takes place in the Mario 3 universe? and Super Mario World ( Yes there were animated series based on those games too )

No it wasn't, it was a stand alone that was aired on saturdays, the animation was better than previous.
