Topic: 2K Sports?

Was this officially announced somewhere? I was just checking the upcoming games for the Cube from EB, and noticed that they're taking preorders for a Gamecube version of MLB 2k6.

With all the talk of companies bailing on the Cube in the waning days of this generation it's interesting to see someone coming back to it.

Its true, however counter intuitive it may seem. I dont know were i read it, most likely in Nintendo Power or somewhere online, but 2k6 baseball will be coming to the Gamecube. I was taken aback myself. Hopefully it materializes, meaning not get shelved. I wouldnt mind 2k6 basketball as i heard its better than NBA live. Anyway id rather be assured these games on the Rev rather than on the cube. I doubt ill buy two of the same sport games in one generation.

I am glad someone is publishing a sports game on the cube. Already been screwed once this year (curse you EA for not publishing Arena Football on the cube!!!!!!!!)
