will a japanese action replay work on my US gameube to play japanese gc games? also does anyone know if there are any stores in tokyo where i can get a freeloader or a action replay(if it works)

I don't know, but if you're there, why not just pick up a Japanese cube? They're pretty cheap these days.

if you go to the Akihabara district in Tokyo there is a blvd called Chou-doori there are supposed to be electronics everywhere there.  It is known as the electronics capital of the world according to Chris Kohler's Power Up book.  According to the book they list a shop called Chaos Shop that is supposed to be Japan's only store that deals with imported games from america, so i assume they would have a free loader disc.
