It's too tall (only by nine pixels), but well within the width and size limit. It doesn't stretch pages, either.

I await the juries verdict.

EDIT: I had actually thought of making a topic like this, but decided not to. After all, it's just for this month's avatar thing.

My only problem with it is that it isn't very cute.............But it still manages to be cuter than GP's... ;_;

So, two voting not guilty, none voting guilty, and the judge isn't ready to make a decision.

The defense rests.

One of these days, I plan to make a Sir_Stabbalot appreciation thread.  When I do, It'll exist.

On the record, I think Stabby is acting as a triple agent on this one.

I vote guilty, not because it doesn't meet the size requirements, but because of the needless animation.
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

but the animation is entirely necessary.

I vote that because it is from Fallout 2, it gets a Capital One No Hassle Pass and $1000 dollars.

That avatar was previously edited for approval by the Forum Rating Board in order to achieve its PG rating.
I gave no permission for the unedited, unrated, director's cut to be released and I demand that it be removed.

p.s. can you make me my missing avatar? (white  w/ the static)

My rendition of 'your' avatar was commissioned by Take 2 under the 'this is art' argument. I shall not be censored!

ps. I'm at the end of my night. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Alright, looks like I won the case. Thanks, Bustin, you were an excellent lawyer.

For the record, it's over three times the size limit.  Not that there's anything wrong with that.
