R.I.P. Francisco "Captain Jack" Gutierrez

If anyone has not heard the Bemani/DDR Artist Francisco "Captain Jack" Gutierrez died due to a fatal stroke and coma. He originally had a stroke in 2002 and was urged to changed his lifestyle but he collapsed at a party and died.

I've never found any articles detailing what this "lifestyle" that caused this consisted of
